Job description
Position Overview
This role involves executing operational procedures at station and hub locations including tasks in ramp and sort operations, courier and dispatch duties, ensuring timely and safe completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling on-road ground operations such as dispatch, pick-up and delivery of packages.
- Managing both domestic and international pick-up and delivery activities.
- Engaging in order picking and packing functions efficiently.
- Providing professional customer service support throughout delivery operations.
