Position Overview

As a Courier at FedEx Australia based in Traralgon, Victoria, you will be responsible for the secure, precise, and timely collection and delivery of parcels. This role requires verification and scanning of package contents to confirm order accuracy while delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring package safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely collect and deliver packages along specified routes within strict timeframes.
• Confirm order accuracy by verifying and scanning package contents during pick-up and delivery.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure parcels are properly secured for transit.
• Promptly report any delivery challenges, damaged items, or address discrepancies.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum educational attainment equivalent to secondary school.
• At least one year of professional driving experience.
• Mandatory Australian driving license: either Class C (car) or Medium Rigid (MR) truck license.
