Corporate Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking a Corporate Trainer to lead impactful training sessions throughout the organization, focusing on leadership, soft skills, and product-related topics. This remote full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 USD equivalent, along with other employee benefits.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led virtual training sessions tailored to leadership, interpersonal skills, and product knowledge.
• Create or customize educational content to fit the requirements of diverse audiences.
• Conduct train-the-trainer programs for managers and subject matter experts within the company.
• Evaluate training success using data analytics and refine programs accordingly.
• Guide managers on strategies for continued team learning and content reinforcement.
• Oversee training schedules, update materials, and maintain records in the Learning Management System (LMS).

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of four years experience in corporate training, facilitation, or learning and development roles.
• Exceptional skills facilitating virtual sessions with a compelling on-camera presence.
• Proficient in developing or modifying training content.
• Experience with LMS platforms and the use of learning analytics.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Coaching certifications such as ICF or ATD CPLP are advantageous.
