Position Details

This role is available exclusively for Saudi nationals. As a Core Agent, you will contribute vitally to a collaborative team committed to surpassing guest expectations and providing outstanding customer care and attention throughout their stay.

The hotel boasts a prime location within a 99-storey iconic tower, offering 276 spacious rooms, including 39 opulent suites, and proximity to major business hubs, shopping centers, and cultural attractions.

Responsibilities

• Handle duties in core operations, sales, and rooms departments.
• Provide excellent guest services and contribute to sales efforts.

Facilities and Services

The property includes three distinguished dining venues accommodating up to 250 guests collectively, plus extensive event spaces totaling 7,213 square meters suitable for a wide variety of functions.

Our spa and wellness center features eight treatment rooms for men and one exclusive for women, accompanied by premium fitness facilities and a dedicated team of 25 professionals committed to superior service.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education equivalent to college level or relevant experience.
• Strong computer proficiency and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent guest service and persuasive sales skills.
• Previous proven success in rooms division management, with the ability to multitask and increase efficiency.
