Job Summary
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for organizing and supporting all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across the resort. This role ensures that facilities, equipment, and guest areas are kept safe, functional, and aligned with our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage daily maintenance work orders along with technician assignments.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Maintain and update comprehensive records, reports, and asset databases related to maintenance.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance activities.
- Handle inventory management and processing of purchase requests for maintenance supplies.
- Collaborate closely with operational departments to address maintenance requirements efficiently.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with health, safety, fire, and regulatory standards.
- Support facility improvement initiatives and renovation projects as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- Two to three years of experience in maintenance coordination, facilities management, or hotel engineering.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Competent in MS Office and computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
