• Proven experience in fast-paced kitchen environments along with appropriate trade cooking qualifications.

• Strong organizational and communication skills to foster strong team outcomes and enhance the guest experience.

• Ability to perform physical duties such as manual handling and lifting necessary stock and deliveries safely.
