We are looking for a skilled Cook to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires expertise in preparing traditional Saudi meals and other diverse dishes while adhering to high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook daily meals consistent with quality and hygiene protocols.
• Specialize in traditional Saudi cuisine and popular local dishes, alongside a variety of other meals.
• Ensure the freshness and quality of all food ingredients prior to preparation.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, including utensils and cooking equipment.
• Properly store and manage food supplies to maintain order and freshness.
• Adhere strictly to health, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
• Monitor kitchen inventory and raise requests for necessary ingredients and supplies promptly.
• Create a safe, clean, and well-arranged cooking environment at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a Cook.
• Demonstrated expertise in preparing traditional Saudi dishes.
• Ability to prepare a wide variety of daily meals with knowledge of cooking methods and kitchen protocols.
• Strong commitment to cleanliness, personal hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Effective time management skills and ability to work with efficiency.
• Reliability, punctuality, and good interpersonal communication abilities.
• Previous work experience in companies, private residences, or hospitality sectors is advantageous.
