Overview
Alpino Health Foods is seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Cafe Associate to become part of their team in Surat. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about food, maintaining cleanliness, and thriving in a dynamic kitchen setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of a variety of food items, including sandwiches, nutritious rice bowls, salads, wraps, and smoothies.
- Provide support to the chef during daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure the kitchen area remains clean, hygienic, and compliant with safety standards.
- Properly manage ingredients and storage to maintain quality and reduce waste.
- Strictly adhere to food safety and quality guidelines throughout all processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Preferably possess fundamental understanding of kitchen operations.
- Exemplify a strong work ethic, dependability, and discipline.
- Capable of maintaining composure and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate effective teamwork skills and collaboration.
Working Hours & Location
- Shifts are either 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 2:30 PM to 11:00/11:30 PM.
- Position is based in Surat, Gujarat, India.
