Overview

This role requires working onsite in Bedford, Nova Scotia, Canada, engaging in various cooking and kitchen management activities.

Languages and Education

Experience

Applicants should have between 1 and 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Procure food and kitchen supplies as needed.
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.
• Accommodate customers with food allergies or intolerances by preparing suitable dishes.
• Oversee kitchen personnel including staff and helpers.
• Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, utensils, and equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas at all times.
• Coordinate daily kitchen operations efficiently.
