Contract Management Specialist

Role Overview

This role involves leading and coordinating contract management activities aimed at ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of services aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users to formulate effective contracting strategies to secure timely service availability meeting business needs.
• Conduct detailed engineering, technical, and commercial evaluations of scopes of work to identify risks and protect company interests.
• Review complex tender documentation to ensure quality and precision standards.
• Organize and facilitate reviews of technical and commercial bids for appropriate contract selections supporting project execution.
• Recommend rewards and recognition programs for contractors involved in operational contracts.
• Prepare, monitor, and evaluate overall contractor performance including HSSE compliance and employee welfare.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with contractors to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
• Support HSSE compliance by validating contractor documentation during contract setup and execution phases.
• Participate in site audits, inspections, and safety meetings with HSSE teams, documenting observations and ensuring corrective actions.
• Analyze commercial risks and devise mitigation strategies that protect tender and contract schedules.
• Provide expert guidance on tendering and contracting processes incorporating the latest financial and technical insights for informed decision-making.
• Conduct cost analyses and monitor savings initiatives to support company cost optimization goals.
• Identify and drive continuous operational improvements to meet evolving business demands.
• Ensure compliance and consistency with contracting policies and procedures to guarantee service availability.
• Assist in preparing budget related to Instrumentation division requirements.

Educational & Experience Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory, complemented by a minimum of four years of relevant professional experience.
