About the Role

We seek a skilled Contract Approval and Billing Administrator to become an integral member of our welcoming and supportive Billings team. This permanent full-time position operates Monday through Friday with flexible working hours, based at our Ascot Office Park location in Greenlane, featuring convenient free parking and easy access to the motorway.

This role involves collaborating closely with Customer Support and Business Development teams to efficiently manage billing administration services for patients, specialists, and providers. A primary responsibility is to accurately and promptly handle accounts from claims approval through invoicing to maintain a seamless experience for all involved parties.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in accounts or accounting administration within health provider or health insurance environments
• Ability to interpret contract terms and liaise effectively with funding bodies such as ACC and Southern Cross
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
• Skill in establishing productive professional relationships with external funders and specialists
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and healthcare-related software applications
• Excellent time management and meticulous attention to detail
