Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Applications Specialist for our ICS team located at Allevia Hospital Epsom. This permanent full-time position involves providing ongoing support, maintenance, and improvements to our Patient Administration System/Electronic Medical Records (TrakCare) platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance and functional guidance to system users.
- Execute system administration duties such as user onboarding, managing access permissions, and adjusting workflows.
- Offer database administration and upkeep services.
- Ensure data integrity, optimize system performance, and collaborate with end users and vendors to implement configuration changes and system enhancements.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of tertiary qualifications in IT Health Informatics or a related field.
- Between 3 to 5 years' experience with large-scale enterprise applications; familiarity with TrakCare is highly beneficial.
- Proven background supporting ERP applications, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of clinical operations and working knowledge of clinical software and informatics.
- Proficient in reporting, data analysis, and interpretation, with experience using tools like JReports.
- Excellent interpersonal skills capable of engaging effectively with colleagues, senior leadership, and clients.
