Role Summary and Responsibilities
The Contract Administrator acts as the primary liaison for compliance related to Flowserve’s aftermarket platform and performance-based contracts. This role supports cross-functional teams across leadership, commercial, execution, business development, finance, and legal departments. The key function is to interpret contract details and implement processes to ensure contract adherence for Flowserve and its customers.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Execution Managers, On-site Application Engineers, and Sales teams to fulfill program commitments.
- Manage accountability for the LCA Contract including monitoring fee adjustments, discounts, and credits tied to contract incentives.
- Maintain and update Contract Profiles and internal systems such as Flowforce and MS Teams to reflect contract or personnel changes.
- Assess and integrate new procedures to enhance efficiency, execution quality, and contract compliance.
- Engage constructively with other Flowserve departments and contribute to shared projects benefiting the company and customers.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in a relevant discipline, with 5 to 7 years of related experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify errors or inaccuracies in contractual documents.
- Proven capacity to organize, plan, and achieve objectives effectively.
- Familiarity with Flowserve’s customer base, procedures, organizational structure, and operational sites.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong teamwork skills facilitating collaboration across various departments.
- Business and financial literacy to understand contract and organizational impacts.
- Excellent communication skills for clear information exchange across all organizational levels.
- Self-driven with a positive attitude, assertiveness, eagerness to learn, and strong work ethic.
- Alignment with Flowserve’s corporate behaviors and values.
- Experience in customer-facing positions such as Customer Service, Sales, Planning, or Contract Administration is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Flowserve’s internal business systems is preferred but not mandatory.
