Content Writer

Overview

Reef Group is looking to hire a talented and imaginative Content Writer based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position entails crafting captivating, clear, and consistent content across the Group's various marketing and communication channels. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing written materials that reinforce Reef Group's brands, campaigns, digital presence, corporate communications, and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Compose and refine content for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, product launches, digital platforms, and promotional materials.
• Create innovative Arabic copy that aligns with the brand's identity, tone, and campaign goals.
• Assist in generating content for advertisements, product descriptions, promotional initiatives, and brand messaging.
• Work collaboratively with teams across Marketing, Creative, Social Media, E-commerce, and Product departments.
• Customize content to suit different brands, target audiences, platforms, and communication aims.
• Proofread and review all content to maintain accuracy, consistency, clarity, and high quality.
• Develop content concepts including captions, headlines, scripts, and messaging for campaigns.
• Provide support for corporate communications as needed.
• Ensure all writing upholds the brand positioning and a consistent voice.
• Keep abreast of evolving content trends, customer behavior, social media dynamics, and cultural relevance.
• Manage multiple concurrent content requests and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced setup.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, Arabic Language, or closely related disciplines.
• Between 2 to 5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, marketing communications, or similar fields.
• Exceptional skills in Arabic writing and editing are mandatory.
• Proficiency in English communication and writing abilities.
• Experienced in creating content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and branding efforts.
• Background in retail, beauty, fragrance, fashion, FMCG, consumer goods, or agency settings is highly favorable.
• Strong grasp of brand voice and audience-centric communication techniques.
• A creative mindset paired with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Must provide a portfolio or samples demonstrating previous writing assignments.
