Job Responsibilities

• Conceive and develop innovative content concepts for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Manage the production process including planning, shooting, and editing reels, short videos, photos, stories, and various social media content formats.
• Create captivating and trend-aligned content while maintaining brand consistency.
• Keep abreast of current social media trends, viral content types, audio clips, memes, and emerging digital content patterns.
• Draft scripts and engaging copywriting tailored for social media dissemination.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to execute effective content campaigns.
• Engage actively in photoshoots, product shoots, events, and promotional activities.
• Facilitate influencer partnerships, user-generated content campaigns, and support other digital marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, mass communication, media, journalism, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or comparable roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and their dynamics.
• Strong creative abilities and storytelling proficiency.
• Competent in videography and video editing, spanning basic to advanced levels.
• Capability to capture high-quality photos and videos utilizing smartphones or professional cameras.
