Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale, inclusivity, recognition, and overall well-being.
• Manage the performance appraisal processes and oversee talent management.
• Plan and conduct training and professional development activities.
• Provide coaching to team leaders on resolving conflicts, delivering performance feedback, and motivating teams effectively.

Prerequisites and Skills

• Postgraduate qualification such as MBA in Human Resources or PGDM, coupled with at least 15 years of experience in HR, including a minimum of 5 years managing teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of diverse HR functions.
• Strong command of English communication, both written and spoken.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Fluency in Malayalam is required.
