Consultant - ServiceNow Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have an established history of delivering advanced customizations, configurations, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement complex ServiceNow customizations and configurations with a focus on functionality and performance.
• Develop and manage server-side and client-side scripting, including scoped applications.
• Utilize Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and automation tools to enhance platform capabilities.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow data schema and core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, MID Server, authentication methods, and robust error handling mechanisms.
• Adhere to software engineering best practices emphasizing clean, secure, maintainable, and testable code.
• Participate in Agile and DevOps processes by managing release cycles, testing, and instance promotion effectively.
• Engage in technical design discussions and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones, utilizing strong communication skills to ensure project success.
