About the Role

Join our Digital Technology team as a Workday Integration Developer supporting the Global HR Workday platform. This role focuses on implementing and enhancing integration solutions using Workday's diverse integration technologies to facilitate efficient and reliable automation within the HR technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations ensuring smooth data exchange across HR systems.
  • Resolve issues related to Workday integrations promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into viable integration solutions within Workday.
  • Analyze functional needs and change requests to create accurate technical specifications.
  • Advise business and IT partners on integration approaches and best practices to optimize integration performance.
  • Enhance user experience through Workday's integration tools leading to high customer satisfaction.
  • Perform unit and complete interface testing to verify alignment with functional and technical requirements.
  • Engage with project teams during integration discovery and planning stages of implementations.
  • Manage deliverable timelines and ensure on-time completion of integration-related tasks.
  • Support Workday releases by collaborating with cross-functional teams for regression testing.
  • Adhere to company-defined change control procedures in implementing integration changes and solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience overall, including a minimum of 3 years specifically as a Workday Integrations Consultant or Developer.
  • Minimum of 3 years' expertise with Workday integration tools such as Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and PECIs.
  • At least 2 years experience integrating applications via web service APIs, including SOAP and REST.
  • Minimum 2 years of programming experience with JavaScript, XSLT, JSON, and XPath.
