About the Role

We are seeking a Consultant specializing in Premium Residency to support delivering expert consultancy services related to Saudi Arabia's Premium Residency program. The position is based in Riyadh and is open strictly to Saudi nationals. This permanent role involves managing comprehensive casework for corporate clients and their assignees, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and top-quality client support. Collaboration with internal teams, clients, and government bodies is essential for efficient application processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of Premium Residency applications, from eligibility assessment, documentation, and preparation to submission and follow-up.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients and applicants, offering clear instructions regarding procedures, timelines, and necessary requirements.
  • Conduct eligibility evaluations and hold consultation calls with prospective candidates.
  • Coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams and government agencies to advance application statuses.
  • Vigilantly monitor application progression and proactively resolve delays or complications.
  • Ensure all cases comply with internal policies and governmental regulations.
  • Keep precise and up-to-date records within internal management systems.
  • Support prompt and accurate billing by validating milestone achievements and documentation completeness.
  • Participate in continuous process enhancement and knowledge dissemination within the team.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background.
  • Applicants must be Saudi nationals.
  • Between 3 to 6 years of experience in immigration, global mobility, or public relations officer roles within Saudi Arabia.
  • Preferred experience includes handling Premium Residency or other complex immigration cases.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi immigration rules and governmental procedures.
  • Outstanding communication and client relationship management capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple cases concurrently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precision in documentation.
  • Able to perform efficiently under pressure and within deadlines.
  • A proactive, solution-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
