Construction Supervisor

Job Summary

A full-time onsite Construction Supervisor role is available within a multinational biopharmaceutical company in Limerick, initially on a 12-month contract. The position is part of the Site Projects team, responsible for managing multiple projects across various disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with Facility Users, Operations, and Craft teams.
• Coordinate contractor activities, ensuring progress aligns with schedules while prioritizing safety and structure.
• Engage actively in Constructability and Safety reviews.
• Interpret and analyze standard construction documents, including drawings, contracts, proposals, schedules.
• Assess project scope, budget, and timelines regularly.
• Manage multiple projects of differing complexity simultaneously.
• Oversee all Health & Safety aspects on the site.
• Plan and monitor work schedules, track building progress, and ensure regulatory compliance and budget adherence.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Possess five or more years of experience in construction environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows-based software such as Word, PowerPoint, Project, advanced Excel, and Access.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Prior experience with construction, startup, and handover of facility systems through commissioning is advantageous.
