Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Construction / Site Supervisor to oversee and manage daily activities related to construction and site development. The successful candidate will ensure that all projects adhere strictly to approved plans, maintain quality standards, and achieve timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor all daily construction and site development tasks to ensure smooth operation.
- Verify that work complies with approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Inspect the quality of raw materials and the workmanship throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate efforts between contractors, laborers, and other site supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met to keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain detailed daily reports and records documenting site activities.
- Ensure materials are used efficiently and implement measures to minimize waste.
- Enforce safety protocols and uphold site discipline to provide a secure work environment.
- Conduct inspections of land development projects, including roads, drainage systems, and related infrastructure.
Compensation
A monthly salary ranging from INR 25,000 to INR 40,000 will be offered based on experience and performance.
