Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute marketing plans tailored for real estate developments.
• Leverage social media and various online channels to enhance project visibility.
• Drive lead generation efforts and collaborate closely with the sales team for lead management.
• Create marketing collateral including brochures, advertisements, and detailed project descriptions.
• Work alongside external agencies, freelancers, and channel partners as needed for campaign support.
• Keep abreast of market developments and competitor strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of leads, inquiries, and all marketing processes.
• Aid the sales team in hitting project sales objectives.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide essential project information.
• Represent the company at real estate fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Additional Details

This position offers a monthly package ranging between 15,000 and 35,000 INR.
