About the Role
We are urgently seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor or Engineer to join our team in Varanasi. This role involves hands-on supervision and management in civil or mechanical construction projects, ensuring quality and timeliness under dynamic site conditions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction site tasks and supervise site operations daily.
- Manage labor teams and daily workflows on the construction site.
- Ensure work quality meets standards and projects are finished within the scheduled timeframe.
- Collaborate effectively with site management and team members for smooth execution.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma, B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical engineering, or Polytechnic qualification.
- At least six to seven years of relevant construction site supervision experience.
Working Conditions
- Work hours from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of ₹18,000 to ₹30,000 per month, adjustable by experience.
- Attendance bonuses to reward consistent presence.
- Overtime payments for additional working hours.
