Construction Manager

Position Overview

Globe Alliance Company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and supervise construction activities for assigned projects, ensuring their completion in a safe, timely, budget-conscious manner while adhering to approved plans and client standards.

Key Duties

• Oversee and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Manage Civil, MEP, and associated construction processes effectively.

Experience and Qualifications Required

• At least 10 to 15 years of pertinent construction experience.
• Minimum five years in a senior site management role such as Construction Manager.
• Preferably possess experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Proven track record managing both Civil and MEP construction operations.
• Competent in handling multiple subcontractors and project teams simultaneously.
• Possess a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional engineering certification is considered a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, project management principles, and site activities.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite and construction/project management software.
