Role Overview

GAC is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager with proven expertise to supervise and direct operational functions across multiple service areas including Facility Management Services (FMS), Hospitality, Workforce Solutions, Construction Support, and Heavy Vehicle & Equipment Supply, among others. The selected candidate will bring robust leadership abilities, operational planning experience, client relationship management skills, and expertise in business growth strategies.

Experience and Qualifications

• Accumulated 10 to 15 years of relevant industry experience.
• At least 5 years in leadership or managerial capacities.
• In-depth knowledge of manpower operations, project implementation, and service delivery frameworks.
• Experience specifically in Facility Management firms within Saudi Arabia or other GCC nations is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications in Facility or Project Management are advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of Facility Management Services in GCC markets.
• Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ERP software systems.
