Role Responsibilities
- Generate precise project cost estimations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
- Work alongside project managers, architects, and subcontractors to collect and verify project details.
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and proposals to develop comprehensive estimates.
- Spot opportunities for cost reduction and suggest value-engineering options.
- Oversee bid submissions, ensuring all paperwork is precise and submitted on schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related disciplines is preferred.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in construction estimating, with preference for commercial, healthcare, or industrial projects.
- Skilled in estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or equivalent tools.
- Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication proficiencies.
