Role Responsibilities

• Generate precise project cost estimations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
• Work alongside project managers, architects, and subcontractors to collect and verify project details.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and proposals to develop comprehensive estimates.
• Spot opportunities for cost reduction and suggest value-engineering options.
• Oversee bid submissions, ensuring all paperwork is precise and submitted on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in construction estimating, with preference for commercial, healthcare, or industrial projects.
• Skilled in estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or equivalent tools.
• Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication proficiencies.
