Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary ranging between $90,000 and $125,000, dependent on experience and market conditions

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate precise cost estimates for construction projects that align with client specifications and company goals
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to collect and validate project details
• Review blueprints, specifications, and proposals thoroughly to develop detailed estimates
• Detect opportunities to reduce expenses and suggest value-engineering solutions
• Oversee bid preparations and ensure all related paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction estimating, with preference for backgrounds in commercial, healthcare, or industrial projects
• Familiarity with estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or comparable platforms
• Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
