Key Responsibilities

As an estimator, your core responsibilities will involve preparing comprehensive budgets, detailed estimates, and pre-bid documentation for construction projects operating under the Construction Management at Risk (CM at Risk) model with guaranteed maximum pricing. You will conduct precise quantity takeoffs, handle multiple projects simultaneously, develop strategic cost management plans, and build strong working relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is mandatory.
  • Minimum of seven years’ experience in commercial construction estimating or preconstruction roles.
  • Proficiency with preconstruction software such as MC2, OST, Constructware, Bluebeam, Destini, Timerline, BIM360, or similar platforms.
