Concierge Supervisor - W Residences, Dubai

Position Overview

The Concierge Supervisor at W Residences, Dubai is responsible for managing guest requests related to special arrangements and services such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning by coordinating or finding suitable providers. The role involves addressing guests with unique needs and ensuring their satisfaction by following up on requests. The supervisor will provide guests with information about the property and local amenities, including events and activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all guest communications, including calls, messages, and requests, recording and processing these efficiently.
• Coordinate with relevant departments, such as Bellperson and Housekeeping, to address and resolve guest inquiries and issues.
• Maintain and review shift logs and daily memos, documenting important information accurately.
• Oversee the club lounge's seating availability, service quality, safety, and guests’ overall wellbeing.
• Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management and complete required safety training and certification.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, ensure a clean and professional appearance, protect proprietary information, and safeguard company assets.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience by welcoming guests warmly, anticipating their needs, assisting guests with disabilities, and expressing gratitude genuinely.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, prepare and review written content meticulously, and practice proper telephone etiquette.
• Develop positive collaboration with team members, support common goals, and respond constructively to colleagues’ concerns.
• Comply with quality assurance standards consistently.
• Physically able to stand, sit, or walk during entire shifts and handle items weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Perform other duties reasonably assigned by supervisors.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum education level: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior related work experience or supervisory background required.
• No licenses or certifications mandated.
