The Role

We are seeking a professional and dependable Hotel Driver who will provide exceptional transportation services to our guests, ensuring safety and comfort at every journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport guests safely to and from the hotel, including airports, tourist sites, business locations, and other designated places.
• Greet guests warmly, assist with their luggage, and facilitate a comfortable travel experience.
• Offer relevant information about local attractions, landmarks, and hotel amenities when requested.
• Keep hotel vehicles clean, well-presented, and in excellent condition.
• Carry out routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Comply with Qatar’s traffic laws, road safety regulations, and hotel policies to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Work closely with Front Office, Concierge, and other hotel departments to deliver timely and efficient transport services.
• Maintain precise logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, incidents, and any maintenance needs.
• Respond professionally and courteously to guest inquiries and requests, providing exceptional service.
• Assist with operational tasks and undertake additional duties as assigned to support smooth hotel operations.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a valid Qatar Driving License with a spotless driving record.
• Have at least two years of professional driving experience, ideally within luxury hospitality settings.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Qatar's roadways, traffic rules, and important destinations.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a friendly yet professional demeanor.
• Show a strong customer service attitude aimed at fostering positive guest experiences.
• Be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Maintain a professional appearance, punctuality, and high personal grooming standards.
• Be physically able to lift and carry guest luggage safely.
• Holding CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
