Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for guest inquiries related to both the hotel and local area, handling requests professionally and with warmth.
• Provide detailed information, recommendations, and booking assistance for tours, tickets, dining, medical services, and transportation.
• Maintain strong local knowledge, including key attractions, restaurants, entertainment venues, and essential services.
• Build and sustain relationships with local service providers, retailers, and the airport to stay current on promotions and offerings.
• Conduct shift briefings to stay informed about hotel activities and operational needs.
• Ensure guest materials such as brochures and forms are properly displayed and available.
• Manage guest mail, courier services, special deliveries, and telephone messages professionally.
• Maintain a clean and secure environment, particularly around lobby and frontage areas.
• Address any pending guest requests during handovers and oversee transportation arrangements.
• Comply with hotel policies during emergencies and when operating front-of-house equipment and management systems.
