Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a Computer Operator / SAP Operator to efficiently manage SAP/ERP data entries and oversee various warehouse transactions. This role requires meticulous updating of records pertaining to GRN, dispatches, stock transfers, and overall inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry operations for SAP and ERP systems related to warehouse transactions.
- Update and maintain records for Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), dispatch details, stock transfers, and inventory.
- Generate and prepare daily Management Information System (MIS) reports along with detailed warehouse reports.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of system and stock databases.
- Collaborate effectively with warehouse and operations teams to streamline processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Familiarity with SAP software and MS Excel is highly desirable.
- Understanding of warehouse operations is preferred.
