About the Role

This unique "Earn & Learn" program is designed for individuals who have completed their 12th grade and are yet to enroll in college. The role involves positions as Computer Operator, Chat Support, Sourcer in IT and Non-IT domains, within an internship or trainee setting based in Kanpur. Participants will gain practical office exposure while pursuing higher education simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and fundamental computer functions.
• Manage digital files and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in sourcing candidates, providing chat support, and handling administrative duties.
• Engage with customers via chat, delivering prompt and clear responses.
• Source IT candidates by searching job portals and databases for technical roles.
• Locate and reach out to candidates suitable for non-technical roles across various industries.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Completion of 12th grade education.
• Not currently enrolled in any college program.
• Basic computer proficiency including familiarity with MS Office and typing skills.
• Strong willingness to learn, work diligently, and develop professionally.
