Role Overview
The Compliance Support role based in our Limerick MarketPlace is vital to maintaining stock accuracy and assisting the Compliance Manager with the execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Health & Safety (H&S), Quality Assurance (QA), and upkeep of facility maintenance in the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Report any observed non-compliance related to checkout cash handling and stock discrepancies to the Compliance Manager or General Manager, including issues identified during ad hoc spot checks.
- Carry out system checks designed to uphold stock integrity and SOP compliance.
- Perform all necessary stock cycle counts, from initial setup through variance analysis.
- Complete weekly site scorecards, follow up on QA complaints, withdrawals, and product recall procedures.
- Oversee that all new colleagues receive adequate training on SOPs, H&S, and HACCP compliance within the branch.
- Maintain thorough documentation of reports and documents related to internal and external stock audits.
- Conduct planned SOP spot checks and quarterly audits according to the SOP audit calendar, particularly when the Compliance Manager is unavailable.
- Flexibility and readiness to work early morning shifts.
