- Exceptional judgment to navigate ambiguity without reliance on rigid protocols.
- Effective communicator who builds trust swiftly and engages confidently with diverse stakeholders.
Benefits
- Access to tasty snacks and beverages to fuel your daily work.
- Health and wellness support through Southern Cross Health Insurance partnership.
- Generous parental leave including six months fully paid for primary caregivers and four weeks fully paid for secondary caregivers, plus other family-related benefits.
- An annual personal development allowance of NZD 1000 to support your continuous growth.
- Unlimited paid annual leave and wellness leave fostering a healthy work-life balance.
- A comprehensive remuneration package which includes salary, additional benefits, and participation in an employee stock ownership plan.
Work Environment
Halter emphasizes an office-first culture that values face-to-face connections to foster growth, learning, and strong relationships. While office presence is default to maintain culture and collaboration, flexible work arrangements are supported as needed, rooted in a high-trust environment.
Diversity and Inclusion
The company is dedicated to creating an inclusive workplace where every individual can bring their authentic self and excel. Halter actively encourages applications from candidates who may not meet every listed criterion but bring passion and capability.
