Role Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy Compensation & Benefits Manager to take ownership of our global compensation frameworks and continuously evolve our pay and benefits landscape. This strategic role involves managing salary structures, annual salary reviews, bonus calculations, incentive programs, and pay transparency initiatives.

  • Design, govern, and maintain global salary structures and compensation strategies utilizing market analytics to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Lead efforts related to pay transparency and gender pay gap analyses ensuring equitable compensation and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage the global annual salary review process including planning, budgeting, governance, communication, and execution.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and Employer Branding to develop and enhance incentives and reward programs that attract, retain, and engage talent.
  • Oversee company bonus computations and administration of short-term incentive plans with accuracy and transparency.
  • Create compensation analytics, dashboards, and reports to guide senior management, Finance, and HR stakeholders in workforce and pay-related decisions.
  • Develop change management and communication strategies that effectively position TeamViewer’s total rewards offerings internally and externally.
  • Lead compensation-related projects aiming at process improvements and transformations within HR functions.
  • Support ongoing reviews and improvements to benefits worldwide aligning with market trends, employee requirements, and business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with CHRO, HR, Finance, Employer Branding, and other global stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous enhancements through process simplification, automation, and improved governance in compensation and benefits.

Candidate Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of five years’ professional experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, HR Controlling, or similar analytical HR functions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of compensation concepts, global salary frameworks, benchmarking, incentive design, and benefits programs.
  • Experience managing international compensation review cycles and bonus administration processes.
  • Knowledge of pay transparency and gender pay equity concepts is highly regarded.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and compensation planning/reporting tools is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing abilities across organizational levels.
  • Ability to translate compensation and rewards information into clear, appealing messages for diverse audiences is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive with enthusiasm for continuous innovation and process enhancement.
  • Fluency in both German and English languages is essential.
