Job description
Role Overview
Take charge of organizing and managing staff scheduling to optimize workforce efficiency at Carinity. The Community Scheduler supports the delivery of person-centered aged care services in Brisbane North by ensuring accurate and timely rostering of care teams. This role works hand-in-hand with care teams and leadership to uphold service standards, maintain continuity, and comply with relevant policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate workforce scheduling and rosters across Carinity Home Care to ensure client needs are met promptly and safely.
- Support efficient service delivery through effective roster management and staff coordination.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards, funding requirements, and employment legislation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience with workforce scheduling, rostering, or service coordination in aged care, community services, healthcare, or disability sectors.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, timesheet oversight, and employment conditions.
- Ability to interpret Awards, Enterprise Agreements, Fair Work regulations, and organizational policies regarding workforce schedules.
- Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy in scheduling and payroll documentation.
- Experience with workforce management or rostering software systems.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
Work Schedule
This full-time role requires availability Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
