Overview
Join Carinity as a Community Scheduler in Townsville, Queensland, where your scheduling expertise will ensure seamless support for our Home Care clients. In this full-time, 12-month fixed-term role, your coordination skills will facilitate the delivery of timely, person-centred care by aligning rosters with operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workforce scheduling and coordinate rosters to maintain continuous care services
- Collaborate closely with care teams and operational leaders to optimize service delivery
- Support the efficient and smooth running of client services by effectively managing scheduling priorities
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in workforce scheduling, rostering or service coordination, ideally within aged care, community services, healthcare, or disability sectors
- Familiarity with payroll processing, timesheet oversight, and employment regulations
- Ability to apply relevant Awards, Enterprise Agreements, Fair Work legislation and organizational policies regarding workforce management
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining accurate scheduling and payroll documentation
- Proficient with workforce management or rostering software
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or readiness to obtain one
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, with shifts either 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
