Role Overview

As a Commis Server reporting to the W Lounge Manager, you will support Servers and Bartenders to deliver a flawless guest service experience. This role suits individuals eager to hone their hospitality talents with strong attention to detail and motivation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests efficiently and courteously
• Prepare and reset tables to meet service standards
• Provide knowledgeable answers to guest menu inquiries
• Coordinate with kitchen staff regarding service timings, menu availability, dietary restrictions, and special requests
• Engage guests periodically to confirm satisfaction with their food and drinks
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and replenish supplies throughout shifts
• Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, promptly reporting any incidents
• Collaborate as part of the W Lounge team, assisting in various areas as directed
