Job description
Role Overview
As a barback, you will play a key supporting role in the bar team, ensuring that supplies are replenished, the bar area remains clean and orderly, and assisting bartenders during high demand periods. You will contribute to a smooth service flow while adhering strictly to licensing laws and health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently restock bar supplies and maintain cleanliness and organisation across the bar area.
- Collaborate effectively within a team to manage workload in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
- Be prepared to work during evenings, weekends, and peak service times to support busy shifts.
