Key Responsibilities

• Adhere thoroughly to the company’s policies related to hygiene, fire safety, and general safety regulations.
• Ensure operating and kitchen equipment is kept in excellent working condition with minimal breakage.
• Consistently follow hotel culinary standards established by Anantara.
• Implement Anantara’s food preparation and presentation guidelines to maintain uniformity and high quality in culinary offerings; actively suggest enhancements to these guidelines.
• Maintain rigorous food safety and sanitation practices, ensuring proper food handling including correct dating, storage, rotation, and protection.
• Manage all outlet properties and facilities responsibly as part of asset management.
• Engage in departmental training programs aimed at improving culinary skills and elevating hotel service levels, providing resources to assist colleagues in guest care excellence.
• Promote positive communication and teamwork across different departments.
• Ensure compliance with departmental cleaning schedules and checklists.
