Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated culinary professionals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and innovative guest solutions.

This role is stationed at Centro Al Manhal by Rotana and Al Rawda Arjaan by Rotana.

Primary Duties

• Assist Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie with daily kitchen operations and tasks.
• Prepare food items strictly following the menu guidelines established by the Chef de Partie.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in your work area as per hotel regulations.
• Manage food inventory and control costs within your assigned section.
• Carry out daily mise-en-place and food preparation across various sections of the main or satellite kitchens.
• Adhere to instructions and guidance provided by supervisors to ensure completion of daily responsibilities.
• Ensure consistent quality and high standards in daily food preparation, staying updated on new products, recipes, and techniques.
• Collaborate with other kitchen sections to manage needs related to cleanliness, waste reduction, and cost management.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have completed a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef training program and possess prior experience in reputable dining establishments. Strong culinary abilities and proficiency in English communication are mandatory, along with sound knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and preservation.
