Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis Chef eager to broaden their culinary skills and contribute to delivering outstanding dining experiences. As part of our kitchen brigade, you will help ensure every dish aligns with our high standards and delight our guests consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Create exceptional culinary experiences for all guests.
- Adhere strictly to kitchen recipes and quality standards in food preparation.
- Develop familiarity with various kitchen stations to enhance flexibility and overall productivity.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent culinary services.
- Previous experience in a related role or currently pursuing culinary studies.
- Possession of a New Zealand Food Safety certificate or commitment to obtaining one.
- Availability and flexibility to work diverse shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
