Role Description

As a Commis Chef, you will be part of the kitchen team responsible for upholding stringent health and safety standards, including personal hygiene. Your primary task involves preparing innovative and high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations. The role requires effective communication with team members and a willingness to accept constructive feedback. It is important to remain composed while juggling multiple tasks concurrently given the fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be expected to handle basic food preparation and maintain kitchen organization, contributing to the overall success of the kitchen and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Completion of a high school education.
• Prior experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations.
• A genuine enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork.
• Strong guest service capabilities.
• Knowledge of fundamental food preparation, presentation, and storage.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and safety protocols.
