About the Role
The CNW Café by Cuddles N Wiggles is seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef based in Kareli, Prayagraj. This full-time onsite role requires delivering consistently delicious dishes that showcase excellent taste and attractive presentation, while upholding stringent hygiene and kitchen management standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that every dish maintains uniform taste, quality, portion size, and freshness.
- Artfully prepare and plate dishes to make each order visually appealing and Instagram-worthy.
- Adhere strictly to café protocols, defined recipes, and established food preparation procedures.
- Maintain personal cleanliness, sanitize work areas, practice safe food handling, and organize proper food storage.
- Minimize food wastage by carefully managing ingredients, monitoring inventory levels, and maximizing supply usage.
- Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, openness to learning new recipes and cooking techniques, accept feedback positively, and contribute to the café’s ongoing growth.
