Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Director to work at the Programme Management Office (PMO) level within a substantial multi-billion SAR programme setting located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This leadership role demands acting as the senior commercial authority and a trusted advisor to the client’s executive team.
Key Responsibilities
The role centers on establishing, overseeing, and ensuring the integrity of all commercial activities, cost control, financial reporting, and governance across multiple portfolios, programmes, districts, and projects.
Major deliverables include producing several critical reports and registers such as:
- Monthly Commercial Dashboard
- Programme Cost Report
- Executive Commercial Report
- Portfolio Cashflow Forecast
- Annual Budget Consolidation
- Cost Benchmarking Reports
- Claims and Disputes Report
- Cost Risk & Opportunity Report
- Board-level Commercial Inputs
- Commercial submissions for PIF and Treasury
- Value Engineering Benefits Register
- Insurance, Bonds, and Guarantees Register
