Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Director to oversee the Project Controls functions within a Program Management Office (PMO) dedicated to a major multi-billion SAR giga project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This senior role demands strategic leadership and governance of all project controls activities across an extensive development portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
The Associate Director will govern and enhance project controls operations including planning, scheduling, reporting, and governance compliance. Ensuring top-level performance management, project controls assurance practices, and effective administration of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) will be pivotal. The role also directs business intelligence reporting and enforces programme-wide compliance standards.
Role Impact and Accountability
The position serves as the client's principal subject matter expert in project controls, responsible for setting and upholding best practice standards and maintaining rigorous governance frameworks. It involves delivering precise and comprehensive executive-level reporting tailored to senior leadership, executive committees, and board members, facilitating informed decision-making at the highest levels.
