Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Collection Telecaller to manage customer interactions concerning overdue loan and EMI payments. The role requires systematically contacting clients, managing payment follow-ups, and upholding professional standards throughout the collection process.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate calls to customers regarding their outstanding loan or EMI balances.
- Engage customers regularly to promote timely repayment.
- Negotiate feasible payment plans while preserving professionalism.
- Address customer inquiries relating to their dues.
- Document all communication and follow-up actions accurately.
- Meet daily and monthly collection targets efficiently.
- Report challenging or unresolved cases to the Team Leader promptly.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and ethical collection protocols.
