Collection Telecaller DRA

About the Role

We are looking for a persuasive and empathetic Telecaller to join our Collections team at our Hyderabad office located on the 2nd floor, My Home Tycoon, Lifestyle Stores, Begumpet Rd, Begumpet, Telangana 500016. This full-time position involves contacting customers with overdue payments to negotiate repayment schedules and ensure timely debt recovery while preserving a professional and courteous relationship with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers with pending dues.
• Clarify repayment conditions and address billing inquiries.
• Negotiate and arrange payment plans followed by diligent follow-ups.
• Document all communications, commitments, and recovery progress accurately.
• Refer complicated cases to senior recovery staff or legal authorities.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and debt recovery laws.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, English, and other regional languages.
• Strong listening skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, CRM software, and call logging.
• Capability to manage stressful situations and handle rejection with professionalism.
• Knowledge of recovery procedures and holding a DRA certification is advantageous.
• Minimum education of 12th grade pass or graduate level.
• Previous experience working as a Telecaller in Collections or Recovery is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly fixed salary between INR 15,000 and INR 30,000 plus recovery-based incentives.
