Job Overview
SkillLabs, a prominent Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), seeks a Collection Manager based in Morena, India. This role centers on managing and improving collection procedures for vehicle financing portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve defined targets including Rate of Recovery (RoR) and segmented bucket goals related to secured loan portfolios.
- Oversee and supervise daily field collection operations to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage relationships and operational effectiveness of Debt Collection Agencies (DCAs) to ensure efficient recovery processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Candidates must hold a minimum qualification of any graduate degree.

The role is focused on recovery for vehicle loans such as Two Wheeler Loans, Commercial Vehicle Loans, Auto Loans, and Car Loans.
